  We had the best experience getting our old phones replaced. Ethan, at the store, totally set us up with great phones, phone cases, and insurance plans and renewed our verizon plan that saved us a lot of money! Who doesn't want that?

  went to Verizon to switch providers. And I had the best customer service experience with the assistant manager I believe Brock! He took the time to call a head manager to see what he could do for me cause I wanted the iPhone X. He pulled a few strings and I was able to order one. Then he took the time to help me switch the numbers over. (Do this before you set up your phones) it took almost 4 days for the numbers to switch over, but Brock not only checked up on us daily, he also spend an hour in the store calling a few different departments placed on a few holds to see if he could speed the process up. Not only did I walk out of there with what I needed but I left happy! All thanks to Brock for being so helpful. I highly recommend this Verizon, and highly recommend Brock!

  Went to get a new phone and had a terrible experience. First we waited over an hour for them to get us the phone. Then they didn't have a case for it or a screen protector. Case was mailed to me 4 days later. Went back to get a screen protector and they still didn't have one. Called 9 days after getting the phone and they still don't have one. Told me I should get one somewhere else. Customer service person was extremely rude. I would not recommend going here.
