My husband & I are working on a remodel of our master bath. Our contractor's preference is to work with Standard Plumbing in Idaho Falls so accordingly, that's where we began. It is clear now, why he favors that store. When we walked in the door, we had no idea where to start. Danielle, walked us through the entire process & in less than an hour we had tub, toilet, sink & fixtures all selected. If she hadn't revealed she was relatively new to the business, we never would have known. If she doesn't have the answer to a question, she knows exactly where to get it. Everyone in the store is friendly and very helpful.

We had a very good experience shopping and ordering from Standard Plumbing. We changed our mind a few times and Kelcie was very accommodating to get us a quote every time. We were happy with the selection and store displays. I felt they were fair with prices on the upper end faucets & hardware.
