  We have no problems with the reps. Rich and Carrol... or service of Leisure Time...however the Pellet Stove we purchased for $5000.00 has given us nothing but trouble...the steel plate keeps falling at least three times a day...which stops the stove from heating...we live in Island Park, Idaho...which gets extremely cold...202 inches of snow annually...we hope this problem is finally taken care of...if not a company should stand by their product,,,,I spoke with rep. who said if the problem continues one more time...they will replace with a new stove... I hope the problems stops....but if not they will stand by their word....that results in good Business. Thank you, Marylynn and Kerry Thompson
