  I have always had pretty good experiences at Jensen Jewelers. I really like Austin, he helped us a ton, even helped us get our wedding rings! They have a big selection and are great with a student discount. However, last time I went in I was shopping for a necklace for my wife for valentine's day. I met whoever the manager is at this location and told him my plans. He was very degrading towards me, urging me to buy something clearly outside of the price range I told him. He told me my wife wouldn't be happy with anything less, though I told him she would feel guilty wearing something that put us in debt for another 3 years. He was pushy and rude and I will not be going back if he is in. Horrible service. Aside from that time, it's been a good experience, but the one bad apple just gives me a bad taste in my mouth, especially it being the store manager.
