  Best Buy's Geek Squad needs some serious help. When you give a customer a price, don't change that price later and fail to inform the customer that more work was done. I have been treated like I don't know what I'm talking about TWICE since my wife and I came here for her computer problems. Also, the computer was returned with a new motherboard and hard drive, but the camera doesn't work. It worked before... Also, only 1 of the 4 people we have talked to actually seemed to know what they were talking about without having to get help from a manager. Overall ridiculous service in Geek Squad and poor customer service from management.

  Best Buy advertise that they will match pricing, but when it comes down to it, nope, they are so selective of who they will match. They would not match a Amazon Prime price. Would give them 0 stars if I could. They wasted my time. Will order through Amazon and have it shipped to my house at a better price and without some store manger reciting store policy. My advice.... stay at home, order through Amazon and avoid the Best Buy games. Oh and Best Buy, change your name to... "Not Always the Best Buy".
