- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆November 24, 2019, by Melissa PWe really like our bed set we bought. It's very well made and haven't had any problems. Customer service can be a little more professional. When I went in to pay off my bill the gentleman who handled the payment made a sarcastic comment about no longer having me as a customer if I paid off my bill. In my opinion I would treat the customer the opposite - with gratitude and friendly service so the customer will return for more purchases.
